K-C Announces Leadership Changes

Moves will help company sharpen focus

Kimberly-Clark has made some executive leadership changes to sharpen its focus on executing its global business plan.

Kim Underhill, president of K-C Professional, has been named group president, K-C North America where she will lead K-C’s nearly $8 billion North American consumer business. She succeeds Larry Allgaier who is leaving the company.

Aaron Powell, president of K-C Europe, Middle East and Africa, will replace Underhill in the role of  president of K-C Professional.

Both Underhill and Powell will report to Mike Hsu, COO. The moves are effective immediately.

“We have a deep bench of talented leaders to drive our global business plan,” says Hsu. “Kim and Aaron are both seasoned executives with proven, operational and innovation experience. These changes will help us further build our already strong consumer and professional business.”

Underhill has led K-C Professional since 2014 and has been at K-C since 1988. Before serving in K-C’s EMEA business, Powell served as president of K-C Professional in North America.
